A Community of Strength: Why Path Six Is Supporting Fundación Sarahuaro in 2025

This summer our family spent several days in Cabo San Lucas, not just to enjoy the beauty of the region but to better understand the needs of local families—and how Path Six could play a meaningful role in supporting them.

During our visit, we learned about Fundación Sarahuaro, a nonprofit that has become a pillar of stability for women and children in Cabo’s most vulnerable communities. Their programs focus on education, nutrition, job readiness, and providing safe, consistent support for families striving to break cycles of poverty.

What stood out most was the organization’s commitment to elementary-aged children, ensuring they have access to school supplies, tutoring, meals, and emotional support. Children thrive when their caregivers thrive, and Sarahuaro’s holistic model strengthens entire households.

Because of this impact, Path Six is proud to donate $1,000 in 2025 to support their work. Our contribution will help provide school materials, meals, and educational programming for the young students who depend on Sarahuaro every day.
